Yoga online is here to stay

Yoga online is growing at a steady pace.

Yoga online is a very strong topic lately. Today I decided to see how yoga was really doing online based on what people were searching for. As you can see from the image, I placed the term “Yoga poses” into Google to check on the trend in the way people search for this keyword.

As you can see form the results from 2005 to 2013 there has been a huge increase in the number of people searching for information about yoga poses online.

People are looking for information about yoga, and yoga online is growing. This because it is a very easy and convenient place for people to get the information they want. Now they want that information about yoga.

What does this trend in yoga online mean for the average yoga teacher? Well one thing that it shows me is that people are asking questions, and they do not have anyone that can answer it for them… so they look online. In other words they NEED our help, so they better be able to find us.yoga online

How do we make sure they can find us with all the yoga online?

  • First is to have a good website with a reliable Host, We use Bluehost for all our sites including this one.
  • Second we need a good website, do not worry if you cannot make one, the easiest way is to install WordPress (which Bluehost can do automatically for you) and install a nice theme….
  • Then it is just a matter of making the content. Write some information, add some photos and maybe a video or two…. and do not forget to give a way for the people looking for information to contact you.

The contact is the most important part, after all everyone that contacts you about yoga is a potential student of yours. They need you and you need them.

Do not forget to add some yoga online to your business plan. To help you achieve the success your deserve and help as many students as you can achieve there goals with yoga.
