Prana Juice for your health

Prana JuiceThe word Prana means life-force in Sanskrit, and this juice is just what you need to nourish your body and get some energy back. This juice is a great on a hot day or after a long yoga class.

I hope you will enjoy it and that you will share it with others.




The Prana Juice recipe:

  • 1 cup honeydew melon
  • 1 organic cucumber
  • 9-10  mint leaves
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice
  • pinch Celtic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground coriander
  • 1 or more drops stevia if desired
  • 1/3 cup water or brewed, cooled mint tea
  • 2-4 ice cubes

Blend until smooth and enjoy!
