body cleansing dietHere is a body cleansing Diet for you.

Recommended fruits for body cleansing diet

  • Apples
  • Avocados
  • Bananas
  • Blackberries
  • Grapefruit
  • Oranges
  • Papayas
  • Pineapples
  • Raspberries
  • Strawberries
  • Tomatoes
  • Watermelon
  • White Grapes

Other food you should have during your body cleansing diet are:

  1. Fresh, raw vegetables (uncooked to preserve the maximum amount of nutrients)
  2. Homemade vegetable soups (avoid store-bought as they are heavy in sodium and over-processed)
  3. Deep, rich green leafy salads (try mixing up the varieties of lettuce for flavor and added nutrition)
  4. Organic whole-wheat breads, pasta or brown rice
  5. Organic raw nuts and seeds
  6. Free range, hormone free meats, eggs or fish
  7. Fresh fruits (but eat “sweet” fruits at separate intervals than citrus or “acidic” fruits
  8. Also, try to drink ½ your body weight (in ounces) of pure clean water during each day of cleansing. For every 32 ounces of water you drink during the day, add 1 tablespoon of organic apple-cider vinegar.

Nearly a hundred different health-promoting substances have been identified in organic Apple Cider Vinegar. ACV is arguably one of the best all-around detoxifiers for your body’s intestinal tract and organs. This is why it’s so important to use only organic Apple Cider Vinegar — it’s the only way to obtain all the life-promoting enzymes and vitamins needed for proper intestinal detoxification. High quality sources of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar include: Solana Gold™ Virtues of Vinegar Organic ACV, Bragg™ Organic ACV, and Spectrum™ Organic ACV.

NOTE: For best results, choose only fully organic of locally grown items. Foods bought from local grocery stores are usually not as “pure” as you might believe due to over-processing, early picking, pesticide spraying, or being grown in nutrient-depleted soil. It is also important to chew your food well (until liquefied) before swallowing. Do not cook any food using a microwave as this will reduce the effectiveness of the cleansing routine.

What to Avoid

Avoid drinking any other liquids during your body cleansing diet, as this tends to detract from the water’s benefit or dehydrate you.

Avoid or abstain as much as possible from the following:

  1. Coffee (heavy in caffeine and added calories from sugar, creamer, etc.)
  2. Milk (dairy and even soy milk can constipate, try raw goat’s milk for a better alternative)
  3. Alcohol (in both name and function, this is just poison for your body)
  4. Bottled juices (read the label carefully, most of the time they contain very little actual juice)
  5. Soft drinks (loaded with calories, refined sugar, chemical preservatives, or artificial sweeteners, colas rank among the worst things you can put in your body.

*These liquids will decrease the effectiveness of your colon cleansing efforts and increase your daily toxin intake. Remember, the body is comprised mostly of water and wants and needs only this life-giving substance.

Remember you can cleanse to lose weight using nutritional alternatives as well that help your body naturally cleanse from the inside out using organic ingredients. I remember the first cleanse I did I lost 3kg in the week (about 6 lbs)…. now a lot of that was from impacted material that was released from the intestines, but some was also weight loss from the strict diet for that week. Either way I looked alot thinner after it was done.
